Kaiti Trail Walk

Last Friday my class went on a trail walk the walk was interesting we learnt about titirangi and the rivers. There was a boy that was 10 years old he travelled in a boat all the way from England to New Zealand it  took him about 6 and a half months by the time he arrived to New Zealand he was 11.When he arrived the New Zealand people gave him a barrel full of rum.

He saw the the gushing wind blowing the Leaves fiercely he never saw such a thing like that he called for his mum she didn't answer he called again she still didn't .When Harry looked out the window again he saw a leprechaun  he quickly ducked down

Little House On The Prairie

In term two we started a book called The little house on the prairie we just finished the book. The first thing that happened was pa [dad] ma [mum] Mary,Laura and baby Carrie  the kids had to move from their home town because it wasn't safe to  live in anymore  so they moved to a prairie where the Indians lived. For he first few weeks they slept in the wagon that they brought with them a few weeks later pa started to work on a  house.

Seeking Help

We were learning about seeking help when things go wrong online. Today I learnt that seeking help is importent
I found it easy to screenshot and send it my teacher
I found it hard to create a poster
I really enjoyed watching the videos on how to seek help

Mike dawson

Today the 19.10.18 Mike dawson came to our school. He thought us about his journey  to kayaking  his story was very inspiring. I liked that he gave the children food on the streets. My family do the same  each night with the potatoes  we give them to the homeless people.

Mike has broken his back,rib and arm. He told us where he went and what he did. His favourite place was republic. It was a fun time with mike i loved his story and he said that failure is a oppurtunity.
